Advanced chord exercises for bass with Oteil Burbridge

I was lucky enough to get one of my favourite all time bass players down to the studio in NYC so we could talk all things about "chords on bass"... and waaaay more...

And when I say "bass royalty"... I mean it...

He's shared the stage with peeps such as... Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Taj Mahal, Buddy Guy, Billy Gibbons, Phil Lesh, Johnny Winter, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Tedeschi Trucks, was a founding member of Dead and Company with John Mayer, and in 2012, he received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award for his 15 year contribution to the Allman Brothers Band as the longest running bassist in the band’s history.

You guessed who it is yet?!

Yep, the one and only Oteil Burbridge (whoooop!).

As always, see you in the shed...

Scott :)

PS. If you enjoy this video... it's actually just a small segment taken from a much longer interview with Oteil.
