As a new monthly feature over on my YouTube channel I thought it'd be great to get Chris May (the master luthier behind 'Overwater Basses') down to SBL towers and share some of his knowledge with the SBL community...

In this brand new session Chris discussed "Shielding and Noise" talking specifically about why it happens - and how you can take some simple steps to get rid of it.

And trust me... if you're doing a lot of studio work, work in theatres, or have aspirations of doing these types of gigs - noisy basses can be a real headache, and knowing how to fix it is going to be priceless in so many situations.
