Sharay Reed

Sharay got his first break when he was called to play upright bass on Yolanda Adam’s Songs from the Heart album with producer Percy Bady. He has since gone on to play with the likes of Patti LaBelle, Kirk Franklin, R. Kelly, CeCe Winans, Boys II Men, Ramsey Lewis, Aretha Franklin and Chaka Khan, to name a few. And with Cory Henry's Funk Apostles, Sharay has redefined playing in the pocket.
