The tunes in Level 7 are sure to push your skills even further down the path to bass mastery! “Fear Line” was inspired by death metal music and more specifically by artists such as Sepultura, Behemoth, and the band simply called... Death! The time signature changes are a great part of this piece: while the bulk of it is written in 4/4, there are a couple of instances of us moving to play in 7/4 as well. This tune is also played with both distortion and a pick, two things that Scott discusses in great detail. So grab your axe (and a pick!) and get ready for pure mayhem.
