Mastering 16th-Note Rhythms and Pentatonics
Summary
In this group of seven lessons, we’ll look at several key combinations of eighth- and sixteenth-note rhythms that are most commonly used in Funk bass lines, plus incorporate the major and minor pentatonic and blues scales to our mix of note choices. Three practice songs included in this course feature the influences of George Clinton, the Isley Brothers, the Ohio Players, and the Commodores.
